1. Access and eligibility
There is no public registration, subscription, or right of access. Use is limited to Sabya Das and accounts or individuals the operator expressly authorizes. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time.
2. Authorized accounts and directions
A Google account may be connected only by its account holder or with that holder’s permission. The account holder remains responsible for the instructions, content, and actions submitted to the system. Write actions—including sending email or creating, changing, sharing, or deleting Google data—are performed only through an authorized account for an account-holder-directed workflow.
3. Google services
Google account connections are governed by the account holder’s agreements with Google. Google may change, restrict, or discontinue its services or APIs. The account holder can revoke access at any time from the Google Account connections page.
4. AI-assisted output
Some features use AI providers to analyze information or generate summaries, answers, drafts, and suggested actions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. The operator must review important output before relying on it or taking consequential action.
5. Acceptable use
The system may not be used to access an account without authorization, violate law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass Google or Workspace security controls, distribute spam, or interfere with a service or network.
6. Availability and changes
This is a personal system under active development. Features may change, fail, or become unavailable, and integrations may be suspended for maintenance, security, provider requirements, or account changes.
7. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the system is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every item of data. The system is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the system accesses, uses, stores, transfers, retains, and deletes Google user data and is incorporated into these terms.
